• Specialized counseling and support groups for older adults and their families through case management as well as assistance with living arrangements

• Family Consultation Services assist individuals and their families dealing with complex social changes

• Specialized services for children 3-18 years of age

• Assessment, treatment and prevention service, and parent education

• Substance Abuse Counseling
• Anger Management Counseling
• Family Life Education and preventive programs including workshops, presentations and support groups designed to help families better manage the pressure of daily life.

Seminars

• Presentations on various topics from stress and anger management to challenges of the "Sandwich Generation and Seniors"

From birth throughout all ages and stages of life, FS has been caring for Kansas City since 1901.

Accreditation
Our high standards and quality of services earned FS the distinction of being the first family service organization in Greater Kansas City to receive Accreditation with Commendation from the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
